These aftermarket half sports doors are made to suit the FJ40. They have 6mm steel plate inside the doors for the bolts for hinges and mirror. They come drilled and tapped with 8mm new bolts.
These doors are about a third of the weight of original doors.

This is a raw product made from quality fibreglass and comes in a black matt gelcoat finish. It will require prep work before you paint.
